Description:

1.There are two bag-filter systems: in cyclone and dust collector. The powder is also discharged from the cyclone mainly. The former cyclone is changed into two parts: pocket filter in upper and cyclone in lower. This improvement can be used to grind the mixture material and get the homogeneous powder mixture, which reduces the mixing process. Two pulse dedusting systems are equipped for both the bag filters in cyclone and dust collector, which keep the air flow smoothly and ensure the long-time operation.
2.One flapper is installed on the lower part of the cyclone to beat the discharging automatically. The material won’t stick on the inner wall and affect the capacity.

1. what is GLP Machinery mainly for

We, GLP, is mainly for providing room temperature recycle waste tire equipments. with our technology, we can separate the tire into steel wire products, fiber, and rubber granules or rubber powder. which achieved the most economical way of recycling.

2. what kind of technology we are applying

Rubber is difficult to recycle due to the procedure known as “vulcanization,” which it undergoes to attain its springy, flexible nature. Vulcanization is a curing process that involves adding sulfur to rubber, which creates stronger bonds between the rubber polymers. Due to the vulcanization method, tires are difficult to melt for reuse and are therefore typically broken down by a mechanical process.

What we are doing is to R&D new procedures to recycle the rubber tires with economical ways and easy handling methods. With our new procedure, we can recycle the tire under room temperature. no matter car tire, truck tire, even engineering truck tires with diameter of 4000mm.

Initially, whole tires are treated by special equipment which cut or take away of the bead of the tire. And then shred into strips using rugged machines. The shredded material is then placed in grinding machines that use rotors to further shred the material and remove the steel fibers from the tire. Some processors also use powerful magnets to further draw metal from the rubber.

Once the bulk of the steel is removed, the strips are placed into granulators. Depending on the consistency desired by the end user of the shredded tires, the rubber can be milled into assorted sizes of granules that are useful in a number of industries.

While less common, some tires are recycled through a freezing process using liquid nitrogen. After being frozen, the tires are crushed and then milled in a similar process described above.
